The hotel exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms and great service. However, the soundproofing could be better. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not the best - small, dark, and with a tiny bathroom, but they were clean, and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient for my training nearby and accessible to transportation options, but there were some noise disturbances. The dining experience was subpar, lacking variety and quality. The facilities were decent, but there were some negative aspects worth noting.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Visa processing center and provides easy access to the Makati area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but there were noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The service is good overall, especially the Bellman and Front desk, but there were some lapses, such as not assisting with information on operating 24-hour money services. The dining options were disappointing compared to other hotels in the same price range. The construction site downstairs and encountering a rude staff member were negative experiences during the stay.
My stay was only for 1 night before an early morning flight. The hotel is close to the airport, and the Grab taxi driver found us easily. The evening meal at the bistro was not impressive and seemed expensive for what was served. The room was alright to relax with a very comfortable temperature, but unfortunately, it was small and dark, with a tiny bathroom.
